The Evolution of the Maxi-RIB according to Ranieri International: Comfort Becomes Standard
Exceeding the 40-foot threshold requires a paradigm shift in the design of rigid inflatable boats. Performance
must seamlessly integrate with a new conception of space, autonomy, and privacy, redefining the pleasure
of mid-to-long-range navigation.
The new Cayman 41.0 HT was born in response to this evolution: we have channeled our manufacturing
heritage, backed by 50 years of experience in the marine industry, into a flagship designed for long-range
cruising, while keeping the sporty DNA of the Cayman line fully intact. The increased dimensions have
enabled us to implement advanced engineering solutions, developed to deliver the highest standards of
comfort and safety.
Technological Innovation and Manufacturing Rigor
• Fully Developed Cockpit System: We have engineered a monocoque deck that eliminates joints and
seams. On a 41-foot vessel, this solution ensures exceptional torsional rigidity and a reduction in
running noise comparable to that of a higher-category yacht.
• CSA (Cockpit Shock Absorber): Our patented hull-to-deck dampening system operates here at its full
potential. Designed to absorb the energy of the waves, it optimizes stability and significantly reduces
fatigue over long distances.
• Advanced Stepped Hull (Carena con Redan): Specifically engineered to manage the vessel’s
displacement and weight distribution, the hull ensures a linear running trim, improved fuel efficiency,
and optimal seakeeping even in challenging conditions.
